The office and staff to begin with are so warm and (shocker coming...) nice!! Right when you walk in the office they are greeting you and smiling, plus they have movies which is one heck of a bonus. Then, when you get to the back, the nurses are so kind and nothing if not helpful. Dr. Mackey himself is super patient and nice. He really took time with me to discuss my problems and the possible treatments. He was knowledgable and helped me get all the tests I needed and worked out messes with the insurances and getting the prescriptions I needed. The office is family operated, and family oriented. I would definately recommend Advanced Desert Dermatology to others.
